A Little Bit frosty

Hi Tom

It's was a very cold this morning and foggy too. For the first time when I looked outside it looked like a winter. All white and frosty. Quite a beautiful sight.

Oscar had his hair cut again. He looks very handsome...and very clean for a change. I washed him ready for his cut today and he went straight out and dug up the garden.

I had Danny to train me again today. It was really hard but I love his sessions, they are so much fun.

I also had my back massaged. It's been hurting at the bottom again. I've now learnt how to do sit-ups properly. Boy it makes a difference and really gets to the stomach muscles.

I'm off to my last boxercise class for this year. It should be fun.
