Our customers are very generous at this time of year....

I always feel so guilty about accepting flowers and sweets, when all we're doing is the job we're paid to do - but I love the fact that people care enough to bother about us.

Today though, I was rather taken aback by the jar of mini Easter eggs someone handed in.

Very seasonal - just not the right one!
