Blue cheese stuffed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, bacon and chestnuts. I've never cooked chestnuts before, there must be an easier way to remove the shell??! I roasted them and one exploded in the oven, then when I took them out they were on the side and one exploded and spattered allover the walls and made me jump! Then I had to remove all the shell which was labour intensive, got stuck down my nail and most of them crumbled to bits! Not impressed! Will try agsin cooking them for less time on a lower heat!
