Freezing fog

That's how today started out, delaying or closing schools once again. Apparently when there is warmer air aloft, and cold air trapped closer to the ground, fog results. And when it's below freezing , it means freezing fog and icy roads. Tomorrow the cold is supposed to be scoured out. That's what they said yesterday too : D
