Where can Santa be?

Some Christmas shopping had to be done at the Mc Quarie Shopping Centre in North Ryde, (a suburb of Sydney) today and upon inspection of Santa's normal habitat when not at the North Pole, I noticed he was missing.
Now what could be the reason!

Maybe there were no children around for him to interview.

Could it be that he needed a break from them.

It's possible he has returned to the North Pole. If that should be the case then he has left his Teddy behind on the couch. So sad he will be so lonely.

Christmas is closing in quickly.
