One of the best things not to collect on a cycling holiday is... stones.

I've spent the last week having a think about certain things, admittedly including blip as everytime I open it at the moment I seem to be reminded of things that have caused me a lot of pain this year.

I've never been one to keep a diary, I don't feel the need to keep a record of my life really, I just want to live it happily - but I have learned a lot through new friends and that tips the balance in terms of whether to stop, or not - thanks.

Here's our trip - would recommend cycling round the Outer Hebrides to anyone.
