Oh dear!

Went to auctions tonight to buy some more birds for K's avairy.
On the way to the avairy bird area was the area normally filled with chickens, ducks, geese, etc.
Not tonight, just rows and rows of turkeys!
I told them all to run! Poor things they dont know whats coming.
Yes i know, im such a hypocrite, i am having turkey for christmas day, its ordered already from the farm shop. But im such a wimp i couldnt buy then do the killing thing.
On a nicer note, we bought some more quail, marco,maud and mertle to go with mary, mongo and midge. And 9 finches, all called charlie cause i really cant tell them apart! ;)
