Yoga

Good fun at Yoga today. We had to pick a card from a pack and then demonstrate the pose and read out an affirmation. I've never seen the one I got so the teacher took pity on me and showed the class. We had a picnic lunch afterwards. Well they did but I was going out for lunch so I limited myself to a few nibbles.
