Finished at last!

My parents have been working on a short history book about the place I grew up in - Broughty Ferry, a suburb of Dundee. The book is to mark 100 years since The Ferry became part of the city of Dundee and L and I have been hearing the trials and tribulations of the publication process for many weeks now. Well, at last it has been published and my folks gave us a copy when we went up to visit this afternoon. Apparently there was a short piece about it in the local paper (with a picture) and they have been doing well selling copies through local shops so they look like they will at the very least recoup their costs. Perhaps even make a small profit to help with their next publishing venture, if they have been bitten by the publishing bug!
