trip to Edinburgh

Up early to get the flybe prop plane special to Edinburgh to do this thesis viva - amazing when I met the internal it turned out we knew each other from our PhD student days - he worked with a colleague at Coventry university - it was really good to catch up

Student did fine although did burst out crying when we told her she had passed hopefully through relief but she told us she had found it tough!

In taxi now to go to airport - i am exhausted! !
