Urban Joy

I went for a meeting today. Was running late enough to need the car. I parked up in Belfast City Centre, just off Sandy Row. The meeting was a lot shorter than I'd anticipated, so when I returned to the car there was plenty of time left on my ticket.

As many people do, I stuck the ticket back on the pay station in case someone could use it and save some money. Then my eye caught the sticker.
