Huevos rancheros for breakfast which is a mixture of egg, tortilla, fried beans and chilli sauce.
It really picks you up in the morning which is whats needed after a poor nights sleep and jet lag kicking in.
Was raining pretty heavily last night which has cleared the air making it really fresh. The views up here in the mountains are staggering.
On leaving the hotel this morning i spotted a trail of blood leading down the hillside. Must have been from the skirmish last night with the dogs.
