My star.

So so so so proud of both my children but especially of this little miss this evening. Tonight was the school Christmas carol concert at the church. They performed bits out of their nativity along with carols and readings. Erin sang 2 verses as a solo for one of the songs. She stood in front of a church full of parents and her school friends etc. and did that. I was painfully shy as a child and young teen, really really bad and I would never have been able to do what she did. I am so happy in the knowledge that she hasn't inherited that from me and so unbelievably proud of the confident little girl she is.

They both looked like they thoroughly enjoyed tonight, Jack also sang with such joy and enthusiasm. I am going to watch the whole thing tomorrow morning so better stock up on more tissues as I sobbed today!
