hydrangea

I thought the heater was broken on my car, as it wasn't getting warm inside as I drove to work this morning. I walked into the locker room in time to hear one of my co-workers complaining that her car wouldn't heat up, so she thought she'd need to take it in to have it checked. When our secretary arrived, & -- you guessed it -- complained that her car wouldn't heat, we finally realized it was the extreme cold that was the culprit & not our heaters! My car registered 2 degrees this morning, but with the wind chill it was about 10 below zero according to the weather guy. This is much more our January range of temperatures than Dec.! It's going to be a long winter! I took this picture of the dried hydrangea head in the front of our house. It was hanging down over the snow, & I thought the white snow made a great neutral background! Hope you're all having a great start to the week, & may all your heaters work!! :)
