Apple pie

Gradually catching up on my back blips this evening. This blip is of a most magnificent apple pie that my better half made from the large crop of windfall apples we were given by a friend. You will notice that the is no fruit juice leakage or soggy bottoms in sight. It tasted very yummy too, we ate it over several days with lashings of custard except one serving which was with yoghurt.
