Eyes from the bullpen

Every store like every person has their own story. They have their own personality and their share of broken dreams. Whenever you step into a different one's shoes you must know that there is a different edge. You have to get into the swing of things and how they run their store. If you don't, then you will fall. You will fail.

Visited 199 today...it was beautiful and new and fresh. A lot of things were very different but the concept of everything was beyond similar. It was hard at first to step into another level 5's shoes but once I got a hang of it I was fine.

Like anything, you must give it a chance and let it simmer. Once that is done, everything turns out fine. Trust me.
