Santa's Doing A Moony!.....

Well I think yesterdays blip split my blippers into two! Half of you are Romantics and the rest of ya....Well .....never mind hey ;-)

On to tonight's cheeky blip.
I asked to meet the lovely PaulaK in town for some Xmas light shots but I was trying to get the moon as an emergency blip in case my light shots were....less than good.
However on using the big Sigma lens for the moon I had to put the tripod base plate on the lens and promptly forgot to put it back on the camera before meeting Paula!

Arrived in town with Paula setting tripod up and thinking Oh **** no base plate!!
Hmmm Blonde or senior moment commenced!

So I hand held this one with Santa and zoomed out while taking the shot and merged it with the moon shot when I got home!
Voila!

Anyway we have the Christmas dinner at work tonight....still only half an hour to eat that and get ourselves back to work to fill shelves for all you lovely blippers!
