Pavlova?
It's now a few days old and barely resembles Pavlova, but it still taste like heaven.
Beat 4-6 egg whites which a pinch of salt to stiff peaks
Add 150g of fine/caster sugar one tablespoon at a time, making sure the sugar is completely incorporated before adding the next spoon
Then a dash of vinegar or lemon juice and a spoon of cornflour to finish it off
Pour the mixture onto a tray in a circle leaving a divot in the centre
Bake for 45-60 mins on 150° or until the case is firm
Leave in the oven with the door open until completely cool
Decorate with vanilla flavoured whipped cream and your choice of fruit
