Recycle - Go Green

This Christmas tree was on the Queen of Nanaimo, the ferry that we caught home yesterday. What a great idea! The crew decorated an artificial tree with recycled food and beverage materials used on the ship. Milk cartons, holders for cups, cups, light bulbs, plastic bottles, stir sticks, coffee filters and other materials were used to make unique decorations for the "Recycle - Go Green" theme.
I think that something like this would be a great project for kids.
