Basketball!

My granddaughter's basketball team came in third in their home tournament on the weekend. Kalyn sprained her ankle badly early in September and is just getting back into sports, but you'd never know it from the way she played. Could it be that she's super competitive? Maybe. She was one of the top three players in the tournament.

It was great to be be back in the gym. I've spent countless hours over the years teaching, playing, coaching and watching sports. One of the best things was watching my daughter coach her daughter. I coached my daughter in basketball from Grade 7 to 11 then she played on a senior women's team with me in her Grade 12 year. What goes around comes around!
