Let's Dance!

Back to Wakehurst Place today, equipped with my new toy, a 200-500MM zoom lens. Went to try and capture the Kingfishers, but alas, no sign - The water level was very low on the reservoir so I imagine they have either moved further up or have headed to an estuary somewhere for the Winter.

Anyhow, this lens is a beast, weighing in at over two kilograms, so not many hand held shots! - This one shows two Grey Herons having dispute over fishing rights, bit like Britain and Iceland I suppose back in the 70s, but much more elegant. The Heron on the left gave up and flew to the opposite bank to fish.
