Look Through Any Window

Up early to go to La Patissierie for chewy brown bread and croissants. Walked along the sea front with patient collie Ben to take some photos of the sunrise. However, am conscious that this has featured a few times in my journals so decided to use this adapted image of a man leaning out of his window whistling.
Caught the train to London where I am staying over night to ensure I actually make the 8.30 a,m training session on time. Haven't been to London for a few weeks and felt a bit like country mouse. The traffic and crowds at Tottenham Court Road were so intrusive and people kept falling over my irritating case on wheels. Met my friend and had a g and t so felt better.
