A Secret Santa Quilt

So, I may or may not have gone on and on and on about the gecko community and how amazing they are.

Here is proof.

Doing that secret Santa thing between us, and I found out who my secret Santa was. Probably the best person I could ever ask for. She's a good friend, a sweet heart, funny (read hilarious), kind and loving to everyone. You could not find a more genuine person than her. How did I get so lucky as to have her as my secret Santa? I couldn't begin to guess.

She made me this wall quilt. By hand. On her own. Because she is just that awesome. There were a few things in the package I received. A couple movies I talked about, a flash drive, a little toy for my parrot to destroy in one day and some Doctor Who TARDIS socks which I will be wearing till they have holes in them.

I am ever so grateful. And I am ever the luckiest person alive. So many good people around me. <3 Sometimes it does get hard for me to see it when things are down, but truthfully I am very very lucky.
