Fall foliage is late

The fall foliage has been late in arriving. Cold nights are needed, but September has been warm, sunny, sometimes wet. Likewise in Lapland the autumn colours change later in the season, and with less dramatic effects.
People had to drive to the Arctic Ocean to check out the proper colour display this year.
