Visited Dad to take him to do his lottery, but he has still got his cough and didn't want to go out. After 2 hours of chatting and lots of talk of the old days, he seemed happy enough. I know he drives me absolutely mad, but losing his independence can't be nice for anyone. His problem is he never did anything apart from going to the bank once a week. Everything else Mum did. So he has no idea how to look after himself. I just wish he would let the care home look after him.

More washing done and a bit of clothes sorting. So an evening of finishing of the baby jumper. I love knitting, I don't like sewing them up, especially when the stripes don't want to help me!
