This was taken from the footbridge which links the Radisson with a shopping mall on the far side of a 8 lane road. Boulevard Adolfo Lopez Mateos

Above this is and running parallel is the Tlalpan Viaduct. A 4 lane fly over.
The Tlalpan Viaduct must be very recent as it isn't shown on Google Earth!
