Edinburgh is looking spectacularly good in the early evening. l to r: Dugald Stewart monument, Calton Hill , Observatory House, St Andrew's House, (government building), telescope-shaped Nelson Monument.

I'm resisting the festive images (though I took a few) as it's only the 9th.
