Frangipane mince pies.
I do like a mince pie- but you can only eat them in December! Usually by the end of December I've had enough of them though. So I try to make a few different styles during the month.
This one is my favourite as it has a sweet shortcrust pastry base flavoured with orange zest, cranberry and port mincemeat and almond frangipane on the top.
