Feather on Feathery Leaf

Featherier in large ("L").

I found this in the garden at CCC; couldn't resist the feather on the feathery leaf. I believe that the plant is hedge parsley (possibly Japanese hedge parsley, Torilis japonica). The feather? Who knows...
