Merry Hill

Several years ago I plucked up the courage to dissemble my Nikon 995 in order to remove the IR blocking filter and replace it with a proper Infrared one. I later sold the camera to a friend after I acquired a fully converted Nikon D100. Well, this weekend I got my old 995 back along with the FC-E8 fisheye lens convertor.

Eager to try it out again I headed off down to the Water Front at Merry Hill in search of some architectural delights. The buildings down there are very symmetrical, almost to the point that the image looks like it 's been flipped and joined back together again.

I can see me and my 995 becoming the best of buddies all over again.
