End of an era

I was the first person to have a BlackBerry in my organisation. I pushed to have them introduced in the mid 2000s and now we have over 500 in daily use.

I've also been lucky enough to talk at a few BlackBerry events in the UK and the USA and attended the BlackBerry World Conference in Orlando twice.

Today is my last day as a BlackBerry user and my final BlackBerry is about to be handed back.

It's a sad day and it's not yet the end of BlackBerry for us. However for me it is - I've replaced it with an iPad and a small phone.

Sad and happy at the same time!
