Christmas Market Edinburgh 2013

Today we braved Edinburgh to visit the Christmas market. We visit it every year and every year the kids moan about having to walk !! they do tons of walking daily but for some reason they hate walking round this but after crowds on Saturday I don't blame them !

The stalls at the mound were ok and plenty of room to walk round and even managed a cheeky wee beer at the bar but trying to get to the Ferris wheel was a nightmare - if you've been you'll know exactly what I mean ! I don't understand why some of the stalls couldn't have been moved down to where the Santas grotto/tree maze to give more room for people to walk....

As usual we treated the kids to the Ferris wheel where we paid an extortionate amount of money for what seemed a very short ride ! however, the kids loved it and the views from the top were fab.
