Something Fishy Going On

Cynthia and I were at our fourth annual group tuna canning event this afternoon. We worked a four-hour shift, and came home with two cases of the finished product -- 24 jars.

It's a two day affair, and a lot of tuna is involved -- somewhere around 1,000 lb/450 kg. It takes quite a few pressure cookers to get the job done -- more than are visible in the photo.

C asked me to tell you that she is busy wrapping presents for family and friends, and is taking a blip break today.
