Why is it so dark already?

As they say - The nights are drawing in - not sure who 'they' are but they are right!

It's not long after 5pm and it's already dark - in fact I think it was dark by about 4pm! At least I haven't had to scrape my car when I get back to it after work.... YET!

Oh well - only another month and a half of the days getting shorter!
