Local ingredients

A lovely lazy Sunday for us, with a couple of films in front of the fire, a roast dinner and a banana and honey tea loaf. As Mark was preparing the roast, he lined his ingredients up so tidily (trust me, by the time dinner was ready, the kitchen looked like a typhoon had swept through), I thought they should be blipped. The rosemary and thyme are from bushes in front of our house, and the lemon is from next door's our tree. The bay leaf is from my co-worker Sandra's Sister-in-law, and the garlic is from the shop!
