I visited my Mom today and she was really fine! She has started decorating her apartment for Christmas, and she plans to make an appointment with the hairdresser. (She has been rather depressed these last times and planning to go and have her hair done is a very encouraging sign.)
When I came home in the evening, I had a rather quick walk with Janis and we came past this highly lit tree. Since I haven't had too much time to go blip-hunting, it became my picture of the day.
