Here's Coquine's other man! What a beauty. We've decided to call him Romeo. Coquine was even out on the terrace earlier, watching him down in the garden.

This is Romeo staring through our kitchen window - where he's been stationed now for the past three days and nights, give or take the odd trip down to the garden.

It turns out he was a stray - who is still pretty much ownerless - but he gets fed by the guy who lives up the road. I'd love to take him in :)

Got our Christmas tree today! Carol, our neighbour, told us that her neighbour had cut his massive pine tree down and that she was taking bits of it to decorate her house. Pierre and I went down and took a Christmas tree's worth! It's massive! I also made loads of home-made salt dough decorations which I'm going to leave to dry out for the next few days and then we can paint them next week.

Marseille tomorrow for one night!
