Lapland, Denbighshire

Today I went to Lapland twice, as TTI on the Santa Special. This regular event on the Llangollen Railway is very popular with families.

The station at Carrog is transformed, and during the stopover all who want to can join Santa and have their picture taken with him. Here the train manager is having a quick word with Santa before the queue of passengers has formed. Santa has already been down the train and given out presents to the children by the time we arrive at "Lapland".
