Handy Cross

Hills .. Sheep ... Mud .. Hills ... Runners .. Mud .. And did I mention Hills?!

I was second to last to make it to the start, while the more prepared runners watched my slow approach. It was nearly a mile through the woods for registration and then back along the trail to the start.

Nathan and I enjoyed ourselves, and the cross country course was beautiful.
