British Age Band Judo Championships

Away at 6.00am this morning to Sheffield to the British Age Band Judo Championships. Bruce got a bronze here last year but had decided before his shoulder injury not to compete this year as he is at the bottom of his year group (99,98 and 97's) so in all likelihood would find it very tough.

Jack and Calum were representing ProJudo, Jack got silver losing by the slimmest of margins and Calum just back into competition found the standard too high for him to medal on the day.

Back up the road, and home by 10pm, 520 miles and 8 hours in the car - knackered!
