Kedgeree

I was experimenting with rice cooked with red cabbage. And used the results to make this kedgeree. It looks a bit weird but tasted fine. Could've been some more fish and normally I would have added curry spices to the rice but not bad otherwise.
Of course what you don't see is that the eggs underneath the rice are slowly turning blue/green.

At some point I will be using some of the left over red cabbage to make ph indicator (if I don't eat it first)
