Lace Cap Hydrangea

My friend owns a very historic little cottage in the Blue Mountains and I was taken by the beautiful Lace Cap Hydrangea growing in her garden. This is a wonderful time for hydrangeas and they are flourishing with the rain that we've been blessed to have over the past three weeks. I couldn't help myself and tried very hard to get a good macro shot of one of the flowers.
