Daisies, Daisies, Daisies

The roads in the country are lined with masses of daisies right now - they are so eye-catching and vibrant. I got a bunch of great shots today - this is the one that won.

I went to daughter Lisa's yesterday - she is an hour away in Rotorua, hence the daisies. She and husband Tom made up a whole lot of freezable dinners for my Mum - lasagne, cottage pie, chicken casserole and rice amongst others. It was a grand effort on their part and most appreciated by both Mum and myself.
