Holiday Parade

This entry is so Santa Cruz that I had to share it. Hula's Island Grill is one of our local Hawaiian restaurants (there are three--there is a very strong Hawaiian thing here), and their signature red '34 Ford truck is frequently sighted around town, but not usually driven by the Grinch. [Bonus factoid: the truck made an appearance in a local production of [i]Grapes of Wrath[/i], although I'm not sure how they drove it up on stage.]

The tandem bike is another familiar site around town, but this is the first time I've actually seen anyone riding it. I love the guy's flip-flops on what, for us, is a pretty cold and blustery day.
