Poppy today

It appears we have a new cat - he just turned up starving and demanding to be fed, and have tried all avenues - local vet to see if he's chipped, SPCA, Trademe, fliers in local area, etc and have not found an owner. We suspect he's been dumped as he hasn't been neutered and is a year old. We don't have a cat and had no intention of getting one, but it's hard to take him to possibly be put down, so looks like he's here to stay. He certainly thinks so anyway!

Crazy weather - lovely hot morning, then big black clouds and a downpour - although our son who lives only 7kms away had no rain. Looking very threatening again, so went out to take this before the rain reappears.
