What A 'Crackling' Day!

So, the team (myself included) The Outside Caterer done a wedding today in the middle of a feking field somewhere in Perth.

Oh and not to mention, it was BLOODY freezing!

I didn't manage to get a great picture of the honey and cider marinated hog untouched. It got munched pretty quick. Quite right.


Overall pretty good day despite the cold weather. £100 up after a 12hr shift. Happy Days. :-)
