Kitchen View.....

Visited a prospective house purchase today, the guy who showed us round was on time and very polite and knowledgeable about the place but there is too much work for the money they are asking. Pro points, it's cheap, in the right area, has a driveway, low maintenance gardens, three bedrooms, central heating. Cons Lots of work in every room, Needs carpets in every room, Bathroom is in need of TLC, needs rendering on one outer wall, there is more but I would be here for a while.
So we will not be taking up the challenge of this property.

We took Maddi to her Daddy this afternoon and they phoned so she could tell Mrs BM "she loved her so much" which made Mrs BM's day.
