Spinning

Had a nice long lie then spent the afternoon spinning with Karen at once a sheep. It was a very quiet spin Saturday but it was lovely to have Karen all to myself for a right good natter as it has been FAR too long! Quiet night in with Carlos and the kids, all in all a pretty good Saturday.
