Life begins at 30: Birthday Bliss

This photo was taken on my 30th birthday in Bristol, UK. I always start my day with the routine of stretching, meditation and a workout. This particular morning began with a fierce rainstorm but moments before I left my house for my workout, the rain passed and the sun began to shine. Following my workout I was greeted by this wonderful scene as I left the gym feeling elated and ready to begin my 30th year as the sunlight beamed through the trees across the park for my walk home. Life begins at 30!
