Baubles!

I have spent much of the day with baubles and when I got home I caught sight of the apple tree with just a few remaining fruits. The rest were on the ground forming a lumpy carpet!

I've been at the holiday lodge, not only doing the cleaning, but also putting up Christmas decorations. The combined kitchen/living room/dining room isn't big enough for a floor-standing tree but we try to give visitors a festive welcome with the decorations we put up.

I took some shots of the laid table and tree but The Man said "Don't blip that, it will spoil the surprise for the visitors!" It will be empty for a couple of weeks but then I have 2 blippers coming for a long weekend. People I've followed since 2009!

They work hard, have gone through a lot and are taking a few days away before the work of Christmas begins. I hope they like it!

Just so I keep to my word: I was really inspired to make a chocolate and orange desert I saw on TV this morning for New Year's Eve! I love feeling motivated!
